Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. We try our best to ship orders the same day or the next day. Please make sure that your address is complete and correct.
Currently, we ship packages via UPS, the cost of the shipping is automatically calculated at check out depending on customer address, and package weight.

UPS 3 Day Select®
Although we ship products with dry ice, we recommend choosing faster shipment methods if refrigerated products were included.
If you decide to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is shipped it cannot be canceled.
Refunds & Returns
All sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, if any mistake happens on our part, we take full responsibility and we will work with you to make it right, either by replacing, issuing a refund, or crediting to your account.
If you receive a damaged package (and products), please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to either replace the product or issue a refund.
Once your order shipped you will receive a tracking number to track your package. If your package is lost you can contact us, we will work with UPS to locate your package. In the case of non-retrievable packages, we will either replace your order or issue a refund.
If you receive a damaged package, please sign “damaged” next to your signature on delivery and inform us of further instructions.
If the shipment is not complete or delayed due to customer negligence, we do not take any responsibility.
